As a young trans woman, I am not traditionally expected to occupy space, be visible, or lead from the front. Yet, that is exactly what I have always done.

I have remained at the center of the action, held multiple leadership roles, and actively shaped organizations, both with and without a formal title. This was made possible by the one skill that sets me apart: my ability to communicate.
